We prepare each order carefully and keep you updated from confirmation through delivery. The timeline below begins once payment has been confirmed.
Shipping cost
Free shipping is available on orders over US$300. Orders below US$300 are charged a flat US$29.90 shipping fee.
How your order is processed
1. Order received
Place your order online or contact us if you need help confirming the style, colour or size.
2. Availability & payment confirmed
We review the order details and confirm availability and payment before preparation begins.
3. Preparation & inspection
Your item is prepared and checked for the confirmed style, colour and size, as well as visible construction and finishing details. This normally takes 1–3 business days.
4. Dispatch & tracking
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, tracking details are sent by email. It may take 2–5 business days for the first tracking movement to appear.
5. Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days. The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is 7–15 business days.

Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
Customs and carrier delays
Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs inspections, local holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside the carrier’s normal schedule.
Address accuracy
Please check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code and phone number before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
If a parcel appears lost
Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe. We will open a carrier investigation and provide the next available resolution once the carrier confirms the parcel status.
